MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse
our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them
into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order"
and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the
order. NOTE: Your order MUST be placed on our website, we do not accept
telephone orders, you are welcome to place your order online and then telephone
us with the 6 digit order number along with your card payment.
We accept credit and debit card payments We accept Visa
and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may
send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the
Internet.
We accept cash sent by post but strongly recommend you
use Royal Mail Special Delivery if Sending cash as this is insured against loss
in transit. We also accept payments via Paypal but can only dispatch orders to
confirmed Paypal addresses. If your address has not been confirmed via Paypal,
then your order will normally be cancelled and refunded.
We no longer accept payments by cheque (due to the high
number of bad cheques received). However, will still accept postal orders and
have also added a new method BANK TRANSFER, this can be done with ease for those
of you who have Internet banking. If you use this method, please ensure you
enter your 6 digit order number in the bank transfer reference box when making
your payment.
Cardholders address Delivery
Initial orders MUST be shipped to the carholders address, this is the address
at which the card/account used to make the payment is registered and your card
statement delivered to. Your bank will confirm to us whether the details you
have provided correspond to those they hold on record. Even though your payment
has been ‘authorised successfully’ by Secpay if you have not used the registered
address for the card, your order will not be dispatched.Future orders can be
delivered to work or neighbours address. If the payment details you have
provided do not correspond to those your bank/card account hold on record we
will send you an email asking you to provide the correct details so we can amend
the order and delivery details.. Until you contact us your order will not be
dispatched. If you do not contact us within 7 days your order will be cancelled
without any further communication.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The main reason we have grown so fast is down to our
fast order processing and dispatch, we ALWAYS email tracking information on day
of dispatch (for Royal Mail and Courier orders). The simple fact is, if you
order from us using courier delivery service before 4.00 pm (sometimes even
later), you normally receive your goods on the next working day.
In the event that any of our goods are listed at an
incorrect price due to typographical error, error in pricing information from
our suppliers or due to any omission on our behalf or for any other reason
whatsoever, we shall have the right to refuse to accept any order from you or to
cancel any order received from you based on the incorrect price whether or not
the order has been accepted. In either event we reiterate that an order will
only be accepted by us as a legally binding contract once the goods ordered by
you have been dispatched to you by us.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.
*Cancelling an Order
Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the
right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of
delivery. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract,
nor will you have to pay any penalty. You cannot cancel your contract if the
goods you have ordered are audio or video recording or computer software, and
you have taken these items out of the sealed packages in which they were
delivered to you.
To cancel a contract, please inform us in writing
preferably via email (to support@aaclothing.co.uk) or post (to address below)
within seven working days following delivery. Package the items securely and
send them to us with your order number written clearly on the outside and inside
the package. The return address is:

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us
unless we delivered the item to you in error. You should be aware that once we
begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have
with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When
we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will
refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your
contract, any relevant sum debited to us from your credit card will be
re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days
of your order. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the
costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering
the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you
TAX CHARGES
All our prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.
RETURNS
Returns should be
made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold
a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging
is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
All customers must ensure any returns comply with our returns policy below
Our customer
satisfaction guarantee means that if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied
with the goods you have purchased, they may be returned within 14 days of
receiving for a
*full refund, provided that:
1) Any items
purchased are returned in their original condition
2) Any labels and tags remain in tact
We will
not
refund any items that have been worn, damaged in any way or that have had tags
removed
(This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer)

Your refund amount will equal the (full sale price of the item
less the original postage & packaging cost). This is because we will still incur
these costs if you return the item(s). Effectively, if you return any item, you
will have to pay the original postage & packaging cost
We also
recommend that you send any return packages by recorded delivery, since we
cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the post. Also, please ensure
that any packages are wrapped securely.

- We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or
damaged in the post
- For your own protection, we recommend that you send
your package by Royal Mail Special Delivery service because;
- Royal Mail special delivery insures the goods up to
£500
- This cover can be increase to £1,000 by paying a small
premium
- Royal Mail recorded delivery only insures the goods up
to £28
- Except where the goods you return are faulty or
damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility
- This does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer

If an item bought under a Special Offer or Promotional Incentive is
subsequently returned, the Special Offer may no longer apply, and the refund may
be adjusted accordingly. If the item is exchanged for another that would have
been available under the terms of the Special Offer no adjustment will need to
be made. If the exchange is for an item of similar value outside the terms of
the original offer then any adjustment is at our discretion.
